I did this a month ago in Zbrush.
There was a long time without using the program, so i saw some tutorials about the use of some tools and I did everything without reference. I still don't know how to sculpt the hands and fingers (they are really hard, at least for me).

Very nice! I just started learning Zbrush and sculpting people is just hard. The head looks really nice and complete, the head and face are the hardest part for me.
